Calendars

Calendar & Booking Setup

Connect your calendar, create booking pages, and automate reminders so clients can schedule with you effortlessly.

Setup

Eight minutes, start to finish.

Jtek plugs into the calendar you already keep, then hands out a booking link that only ever shows the times you are genuinely free.

  1. Connect your calendar. Open Settings, then Calendars, then connect Google or Outlook. Authorize access so Jtek can check your free and busy times.
  2. Create a booking page. Go to Calendars, then New booking page. Choose a duration of 15, 30 or 60 minutes, set buffer time, and pick which days you take meetings.
  3. Set your availability. Block out the times you do not take calls, like lunch, family time and the gym. The booking page only shows real openings.
  4. Embed or share. Use the booking link in your email signature, your Instagram bio, an automated text reply, or embed it in your website.
  5. Auto confirm and remind. Add an automation that sends a 24 hour reminder plus a one hour "are you ready" check before the meeting.

Step 1

Connect Your Calendar

When you connect your Google or Outlook calendar, Jtek can see when you are busy. That means it will never let a client book a time when you already have something scheduled. It syncs both ways too, so appointments booked through Jtek show up on your personal calendar automatically.

Step 2

Create a Booking Calendar

Once your calendar is connected, you can create booking pages that clients use to schedule time with you. Give each calendar a clear name like "15 Minute Discovery Call" or "Listing Consultation." Set your available days and times, choose a meeting length, and add buffer time between meetings so you are not running back to back all day.

Step 3

What Your Client Sees

When a client opens your booking link, they see a clean calendar with your available dates and times. They pick a date, choose a time slot, and book. No back and forth emails. No phone tag. Just a simple experience that makes you look professional.

Step 4

Share Your Booking Link

After creating your calendar, Jtek gives you a direct link you can share anywhere. Put it in your email signature. Add it to your website. Drop it in a text message after a call. You can also embed the booking widget directly into a Jtek funnel page. The easier you make it for people to book, the more appointments you will get.

Step 5

Automatic Reminders

No shows are expensive. The best way to prevent them is automated reminders. Set up a simple automation that sends a confirmation right after someone books, a reminder email 24 hours before, and a reminder text one hour before. This alone can cut your no show rate in half.
