Set up a Conversation AI agentNew

Let AI reply to new leads and book appointments for you.

1Teach it first#

  1. Click AI Agents, open Conversation AI, then Manage Knowledge Base.
  2. Add your FAQs, service areas and how you like to work.

2Create the agent#

  1. Click + Create Agent.
  2. Give it a name and a short goal, like answer new buyer leads and book a call.
  3. Pick the channels it should answer, like SMS and Instagram.

3Check its work#

  1. Read a few conversations in Agent Logs each day the first week.
  2. Tighten the knowledge base where it was unsure.
