- Go to Contacts and open a list.
- Tick the box at the top of the table, then click Select all to grab the whole list.
2Pick an action#
- Use the bar above the table: Export, Trigger automation, Send email, Add tags or Delete.
- Click More for Send SMS, Send WhatsApp, Request reviews and more.
3Track it#
- Open the Bulk Actions tab in Contacts.
- Every bulk action shows its status and results there.
