1Add a field#
- Go to Contacts and open Custom Fields.
- Add a field, pick its type (text, dropdown, date) and save.
2Use it#
- Fill it in on any contact.
- Map CSV columns to it on import, and filter smart lists by it.
Keep fields few and useful: price range, timeline, pre-approved.
