1Turn it on#
- Open the contact and click DND on the left.
- Turn off the channels they asked you to stop, like text or email.
2What it does#
- Jtek will not send on those channels, even from a workflow or a mass text.
- If someone replies STOP, texts turn off for them automatically.
Never turn DND back on for someone who opted out unless they ask you to.
