  1. Some workflows add a step for you to call or text by hand.
  2. Those steps wait for you in Manual Actions.

2Work the queue#

  1. Go to Conversations and open Manual Actions.
  2. Filter by workflow or assignee, then click Let's Start to go one by one.
A personal call after an auto text is a great combo.
