1Open it#
- Click Support in the Jtek sidebar and type in the ask box.
- Or click Ask AI in the bottom right of any help page.
2What it can do#
- Answer how-to questions with the right steps.
- Look up your contacts, pipeline, conversations and appointments.
- Create, update, text or email for you, always after you confirm.
Bulk sends get a test run first, so you see exactly who gets what.
3Import a CSV in chat#
- Click the paperclip in the chat and choose your CSV.
- Check the preview, then click Import.
