Make your Jtek number ring your cellNew

Send calls to your phone, and why forwarding can look broken.

1Open the number#

  1. Go to Settings, Phone System, Phone numbers.
  2. Click the three dots next to your number, then Edit Configuration.

2Only one thing rings first#

  1. Calls try Team Member first, then External Phone Number, then Voice AI.
  2. If you are the team member and logged in to the app, the call rings you there and never reaches your cell.

3Ring your cell#

  1. On Basic Details, under your team member’s ring options, tick Phone Number and type your cell.
  2. Or clear the team member so External Phone Number rings instead.
Test from a different phone. Calling from the same cell you forward to will not ring.
