1What moves over#
- Your lead forms, your question surveys and your quizzes.
- Every submission becomes a contact in Jtek and can start a workflow.
2Build it in Jtek#
- Go to Sites and open Forms, then click + Create form.
- For one question per slide, open Surveys instead.
- For a fun "Are you ready to buy?" style, open Quizzes.
3Swap your forms#
- Rebuild each form with the same questions.
- Use Integrate on the form to get the link or embed code.
- Put it where the old form was, then turn the old one off.
4What to know#
- Typeform and Jotform have more question types and deeper logic for long forms.
- Jtek forms are built for short lead capture, and the lead lands right in Contacts.
