1Add a value#

  1. Click Settings, then Custom Values.
  2. Add a name and value, like Booking link.

2Use it#

  1. Insert it in texts, emails and workflows from the merge field menu.
  2. Change the value once and every message uses the new one.
Great for links that change, like a seasonal open house page.
