Open Email Campaigns.
From the left sidebar, go to Marketing → Emails and click + New. The Emails area is split into Campaigns, Templates, and Statistics tabs — home base for every broadcast you send, with drafts, scheduled sends, and everything you've already shipped live side by side.
Build the email.
Use the drag-and-drop editor — or start from a template to save a step. Drop in a header image, your property details, and a clear button. Click any element to edit it inline; everything resizes cleanly for mobile inboxes.
Set sender, subject & preview text.
Name the campaign for your own tracking, set the From name people will recognize, write a subject like "Property of the Week", and add preview text — the snippet shown next to the subject in the inbox. A strong subject and preview are what get the email opened.
Choose your audience.
Send to a smart list — like "Buyers – Active" — instead of blasting your whole database. Targeting the right people keeps your open rates high and your sender reputation healthy. The recipient count updates live as you pick.
Send now or schedule.
Hit Send now to go out immediately, or Schedule it for the best send time — mid-morning tends to win for real estate. Once it's out, watch opens and clicks roll in on the campaign report so you know what's landing.
