Build an Instagram comment-to-DM automation.

Before you build anything, make sure your Instagram professional account (Business or Creator) is connected to Jtek — that's what lets the workflow read comments and send DMs on your behalf. If it isn't linked yet, follow Connect Instagram first, then come back here.

Go to Automation → Workflows and create a new workflow. Add the trigger Instagram — Comment(s) On A Post and set a filter so it only fires when the comment contains your keyword, like TOUR. A specific keyword keeps the automation tight and predictable instead of replying to every comment.

Add the Respond On Comment action and write a few short public replies — like "Sending you a DM now 🔥" or "Just sent it 📩". Jtek rotates through them at random so the thread doesn't look robotic. This reassures the commenter the DM is on its way, and it shows everyone scrolling the post that the system is live — which quietly pulls in more comments.

Add the Instagram Interactive Messenger action, write a short DM like "Hi! Click the button below", and attach up to two tappable buttons — for example "Send me the link" and "Send me other homes". The workflow branches automatically on what they tap: each button becomes its own path, and a Default Timeout branch handles anyone who never taps, so everyone gets a graceful exit.

Further down the interested branch, add another Instagram Interactive Messenger step that simply asks "What is your email?" — their reply is captured against the contact. Pair the workflow with an Add Tag action so everyone who hits this automation rolls into your nurture sequence and is easy to filter later.
