Set up your booking calendar.
Before you embed anything, the calendar itself has to exist. Open Calendars and create one — set its meeting duration, your weekly availability, and buffers between bookings so back-to-backs don't stack. The full setup lives in the Connect your calendar tutorial.
Add the calendar element to a page.
Open the page or funnel in the builder where you want bookings to happen. From the elements panel, drag the Calendar element onto the canvas, then pick the calendar you just built from the dropdown. The live booking widget renders right there in place.
Style it and publish.
Match the widget to your brand — colors, fonts, and a heading that tells visitors exactly what they're booking. When it looks right, hit Publish so the page goes live at something clean like yoursite.com/calendar. Now anyone with the link can grab an open slot themselves.
Automate around the booking.
A booking is only half the job — the follow-through is what makes you look buttoned-up. Build a workflow triggered by Appointment booked, then add an instant confirmation and a day-before reminder. From now on every booking handles its own logistics, so you never chase a no-show.
