Record your callsNew

Turn on recording per number, with a short notice to callers.

1Turn it on for a number#

  1. Go to Settings, Phone System, Phone numbers.
  2. Click the three dots, then Edit Configuration, and find Call Recording.
  3. Turn on recording and the message, like: This call will be recorded for quality purposes.
It is per number. If you have two numbers, turn it on for each.

2Account-wide settings#

  1. Voice in Phone System has the Call Recording and Transcription section for the whole account.

3Find recordings#

  1. Recordings show on the call in the contact’s Conversations thread.
