Build the list you'll work.
Open Contacts and filter down to exactly the leads you want to reach — stacking conditions like a valid phone number and a messaging-enabled (not DND) status — then save it as a Smart List. Now you have a living, named audience that refreshes itself as contacts move in and out of the criteria.
Know your daily sending limit.
Before a big blast, check your number's daily messaging cap under Settings → Phone Numbers. Carriers throttle — or flag — numbers that fire too many texts at once, so knowing your ceiling tells you how to pace the send across the list.
Send in drip mode.
From the smart list, start a Bulk SMS and flip on Send in drip mode. Set a batch size, a time window, and the days of week to send — Jtek then trickles the messages out in waves so the blast looks human and stays well under your daily cap.
Watch the replies come in.
Once the drip is running, replies show up in your Conversations inbox as leads write back — that's where you pick up each thread and keep it moving. From here, a natural next step is to let a Workflow keep nudging the leads who stay silent so you're not chasing them by hand.
