1It shows everyone#
- A list with no filter matches every contact.
- Open Filters, add a rule like Tag is buyer, and apply it.
2It shows too many#
- Two conditions can mean match all or match any.
- Match any makes the list bigger. Use match all to narrow it.
3It shows nobody#
- Check the tag is spelled exactly the same as on your contacts.
- Remove one condition at a time to find the one that is too strict.
You cannot remove someone from a smart list. Change the rule instead.
