Who I am
I'm a working real estate agent who got tired of paying $200-$1,500 a month for CRMs that weren't built for the job. So I built Jtek: the CRM I wished existed when I was juggling 5 separate tools to do what should be one product.
Every piece of Jtek exists because a closing depended on it: missed-call auto-text, IG/TikTok DM auto-reply, AI follow-up drafting, pre-built buyer/seller pipelines, and a flat $60/mo price that doesn't punish you for adding teammates.
Why I write about real estate CRMs
Most "CRM comparison" content online is written by affiliate marketers chasing commission, not by agents who've actually used the tools. The result: marketing fluff, no honest trade-offs, no advice on when a competitor is the better fit.
I write the comparisons I wish I'd had when I was shopping. Each one calls out where Jtek wins, where it loses, and which agents should pick the competitor instead. All 18 comparisons live here.

How I work
