Content & Creative Downey, CA Full-time

You'll own Jtek's content from concept to post: short-form clips that stop the scroll and long-form videos that build trust. If you instinctively know why something goes viral and can make it happen consistently, this role is yours. Must be based near Downey, CA.

What you'll do

  • Create and edit both short-form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, walkthroughs, tutorials) content on a consistent schedule
  • Develop viral strategies built on hooks, trends, and audience psychology, not guesswork
  • Manage a content calendar across all platforms and keep Jtek top-of-mind for real estate agents
  • Analyze performance after every post and use the data to improve the next one
  • Collaborate on paid ad creative and repurpose organic content into high-converting clips

What we're looking for

  • A portfolio that shows range, like short-form hooks and longer storytelling, ideally with proven results
  • Sharp editing instincts: pacing, cuts, captions, and sound across both formats
  • Platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts
  • Self-directed and consistent, so you don't need reminders to post
  • Must live near Downey, CA. This is an in-person role
