Two different math problems. Market Leader is a lead source bundled with a CRM. Jtek is a CRM that helps you convert the leads you already get from your sphere, social, sign calls, and referrals. Most agents close more from owned channels than purchased ones, and the $60/mo flat means you keep more margin per close.
Jtek does not include IDX (intentional, so bring your existing IDX site and pipe leads in via webhook). Jtek does include landing pages and forms. Buying leads is a separate decision. If you want both, you can run paid Facebook/Google ads to a Jtek landing page and keep all the lead value yourself.
