How often does Jtek change?
New features and fixes ship on a rolling basis. They show up here as they land, so you can skim what is new instead of hunting through old emails.
Do I need to update anything?
No. Jtek runs in your browser and in the mobile app, so a change reaches your account on its own. There is nothing to download and nothing to reinstall.
Where do I ask about a change?
Support answers from inside your account or from the help center. If something looks off rather than new, the status page shows what is running right now.
